Not only was Willie lead plumbing engineer for these two projects with two different architects, but he was project manager carefully coordinating between Built Environment Engineers and two architectural firms and ensuring standardization of design between the two buildings.

Willie brought his meticulous attention to detail to The Dana, a high end residential development at Union Place, near Union Station.

As plumbing engineer of record, Willie led the plumbing and fire protection design of this 500,000 sf multi-family, mixed-use facility just north of Nationals Park.

As a bridge inspector, Willie was a key member of a team that performed on-going inspections on the Williamsburg Bridge.  Highlights of Mr. Iriarte's two years on the inspections team included a stroll on the upper suspension cable and contributing substantially to the safety of the bridge.  As a bridge engineer, Willie designed several approach bridges feeding into the Triborough Bridge.
